Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Video Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing YouTube ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

Your primary goal will be to develop audience research and targeting strategies that drive business growth through paid video campaigns. You will work closely with our creative team to develop video ads, scripts, and funnels that engage our target audience.

In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring performance, running A/B tests, and ensuring ROI-positive campaigns. You will prepare and present campaign performance reports for clients and leadership, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in running YouTube Ads campaigns.
  • Strong track record of generating qualified B2B leads through paid video campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads Manager, tracking & analytics tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of audience targeting, funnel creation, and retargeting.
  • Creative thinker with ability to write scripts and optimize creatives.
  • Data-driven mindset — you make decisions based on metrics, not guesses.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams.
