Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in running high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute conversion campaign strategies to maximize scale and meet client objectives.
  • Maintain close monitoring of campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations.
  • Analyze daily data to uncover insights on campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of ad copies, ad video scripts, and landing pages.
  • Conduct audience research to inform campaign strategies and develop buyer personas.
  • Identify and resolve performance drops by analyzing root causes and implementing targeted solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience running high-performing conversion campaigns at significant budgets.
  • Excellent prioritization and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a passion for data analysis.
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude and great trouble-shooting skills.
  • Resourcefulness and creativity in ideating or recognizing media buying opportunities.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
