We're seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Academic Counsellor (Trainee)

As an Academic Counsellor (Trainee), you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding students on our school curriculum, supporting parents and students through in-house counselling sessions, converting potential leads into admissions through consultative sales, and building long-term relationships with students and parents.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or business development. Freshers with 0–3 months of experience are also welcome. The successful candidate will possess strong communication & interpersonal skills, passion for education and mentorship, and target-driven and eager to grow in a sales-oriented career.

Job Description:
  • Mentor and guide students on our school curriculum

Requirements:
