About this role
As a sales/business development/client relations/post-sales professional, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your expertise in B2B SaaS-based industries will enable us to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements include prior experience in sales/business development/client relations/post-sales, knowledge of B2B SaaS-based industries, excellent written and spoken communication skills, and proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

- Perform daily and weekly reporting activities.
- Proficient in writing and creating customized emails.
- Perform cross-team functioning.
- Handle data collection, sorting, and checking.
- Create minutes of meetings.
- Perform regular follow-ups with clients over calls.
- Actively follow senior instructions.
- Organize and prioritize work.
