Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and dynamic customer service professional with a proven track record in sales and account management. They will build and maintain strong relationships, ensure smooth campaign execution, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, ensuring seamless communication and building trust.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective strategies that meet their needs.
  • Manage end-to-end client servicing including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, and operations) to deliver campaigns on time and exceed client expectations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue.
  • Support new business development by participating in pitches, proposal creation, and presentations to secure new clients.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account profitability to maintain healthy financial relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital/advertising innovations to provide strategic recommendations that drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales/account management with an advertising/creative/digital agency.
  • Must have hands-on sales/business development experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and media planning to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and maintain strong client relationships.
