Data Insights Specialist

Our organization requires a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management and business strategy teams to develop information models, analyze sales trends, and prepare performance summaries.
  • Analyze historical sales data, including performance metrics and market insights, to inform business decisions.
  • Create data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize sales performance and communicate key findings.
  • Develop sales targets and strategies in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze funnel performance for the sales team.
  • Work closely with business teams to identify potential opportunities.
  • Track performance metrics (targets vs. achievements) for business teams and present findings to management.
  • Ensure effective utilization of CRM systems for lead tracking, opportunity management, and customer interactions.
  • Provide CRM tools access to business teams and address any issues or concerns.
  • Supply sales data to representatives, generate reports, and offer support as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.
  • Maintain regular updates on opportunities, leads, and pipeline stages within CRM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, sales, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in sales or marketing contexts.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in data crunching & analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Highly organized with multitasking and deadline management abilities.
  • Prior CRM system experience is advantageous.
