About the Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a position that involves overseeing the entire proposal process from start to finish. This role requires strong communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • To take complete ownership of the RFQs received from Sales and initiate the proposal cycle, preparing detailed quotations from receipt of the Enquiry till award of Purchase Order, as applicable.
  • To meet the customers' contractual requirements on time and within prime cost estimates, while maximising the contribution to the company.
  • To prepare technically correct proposals in optimum time, meeting the Client's contractual requirements.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a university degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Instrumentation or Mechatronics Engineering Technology. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 0-5 years of experience in Proposal Project Engineering for Rotating Machinery and/or Package Units like Vacuum systems, Compressors, Pumps, etc.

Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and orientation in modern IT structures and processes.
  • Working knowledge of ASME, API, TEMA, IEC, IS DIN, ATEX, CCOE, and other international Codes.
  • Knowledge in handling proposal project execution for API machines, API 681, API 672, etc., is an added advantage.
