job detailsThe Senior proposals Engineer supports strong company growth in new and existing markets covered by Adelaide Hub by contributing to development of client relationships through the provision of sound technical advice fit for purpose preliminary technical and process solutions and project budgets The incumbent is required to provide internally accurate specification interpretations applicable to Australian market that drive the technical evaluation and development of accurate proposals as part of the sales process For this the Senior Application Engineer must have a strong technical background and understanding of Australian standards and experience in Water Treatment processes to be able to select fit for purpose solutions and articulate the technology product features benefits and O M requirements to both business and technical users Furthermore the incumbent will identify all relevant technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process In addition the Senior Application Engineer will provide functional level of commercial support to the sales staff utilising the in-house specialist commercial and legal teams
