About the Role:
The Revenue Management Senior Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through analysis of revenue streams and developing strategies to maximize demand. The role will also involve monitoring business performance, analyzing market trends, and working closely with regional teams to implement growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead revenue growth initiatives by analyzing short- and long-term forecasting and trend data
- Develop and implement region-specific strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of revenue management strategies
- Monitor competitors and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA or Postgraduate degree in Finance and Revenue Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical software
