Responsibilities
  • Lead & Scale Sales Team – Hire, mentor and manage a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Drive Revenue Growth – Build and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and maximise revenue from existing clients.
  • Sales Training & Development – Conduct coaching sessions and skill-building programs to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Process & SOP Creation – Design robust sales processes, reporting frameworks and SOPs for tracking and performance measurement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with Operations, Marketing and Customer Support to create a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 8–12 years of proven B2B SaaS/Tech sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership/people management role.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, B2B customer buying behaviour, and WhatsApp/Conversational Commerce space.
  • Proven ability to hire, inspire and scale a high-performance sales team.
