Job Opportunity for Junior Revenue Manager

As a key member of our revenue management team, the Junior Revenue Manager will play a vital role in driving hotel revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have basic hotel experience and a strong interest in revenue management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with room rates, availability, and promotions to maximize revenue potential
  • Support senior revenue managers with daily analysis and reports to ensure data-driven decision-making
  • Monitor online travel agencies (OTAs) channels and update content/rates to optimize visibility and bookings
  • Coordinate with sales and reservations teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Track leads, RFPs, and group business opportunities to identify new revenue streams
  • Share daily activity updates with internal teams and hotel owners to foster collaboration and transparency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic hotel experience (reservations/front office/sales support or related)
  • Strong interest in revenue management and ability to learn industry-specific skills
  • Good computer skills (Excel, property management systems, OTA extranets)
  • Comfortable working remotely during US shift hours and adapting to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
