Job Title: Hotel Revenue Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned revenue strategist to spearhead the pricing and revenue strategy for our expanding portfolio of boutique hotels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving performance and growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies across multiple properties,
  • Analyze key performance indicators such as Average Daily Rate (ADR), Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR), occupancy, booking pace, and lead times to identify pricing opportunities and recommend changes,
  • Prepare and share regular forecast reports and revenue dashboards with the team,
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pacing, booking window, and segmentation trends,
  • Use advanced technology tools to adjust rates, manage restrictions, and optimize inventory,
  • Conduct competitive set analysis and track market demand drivers, local events, and seasonal trends,
  • Develop and manage online travel agency (OTA) pricing, availability, and promotions (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.),
  • Generate and present weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports to leadership,
  • Evaluate pricing strategies and promotions for effectiveness and adjust as needed,
  • Provide input on distribution strategy, including new channel opportunities or rate plan adjustments,
  • Recommend process improvements and support training of junior staff or revenue support roles (if applicable).
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel revenue management or pricing strategy,
  • Strong knowledge of revenue metrics and forecasting techniques,
  • Hands-on experience with OTAs and dynamic pricing tools,
  • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS),
  • Advanced skills in data modeling and analysis,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills,
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and make strategic decisions,
  • Experience working remotely or with international teams is a strong plus.
