The Senior Business Development Manager will spearhead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in Europe.
With a strong track record of direct selling and sales management, you will be responsible for devising and owning go-to-market strategies, analyzing their effectiveness, refining and optimizing to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement growth strategies roadmaps, new programs, and strategic partnerships.
- Launch sales initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand our customer base in support of business growth.
- Nurture and engage leads/prospects and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Presales teams for support in generating and qualifying new leads.
- Track and manage all opportunities for potential sales across the pipeline to penetrate and attract prospects and convert them into recurring revenue.
- Strong background in direct selling and sales management with a focus on geography-specific experience.
- Proven ability to establish and meet sales targets, goals and objectives, and forecast monthly/quarterly revenues.
- Must have demonstrated success in meeting Sales Targets year on year with an appetite to grow business in multiple verticals.
- High level of motivation and solid business acumen with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of Software industry and articulate in presenting the spectrum of offerings.
- Relevant degree such as MBA / B.E. / B. Tech. / MCA with background in Marketing/Sales/International Business.
