Job Title: Regional Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in consultative selling based on real-time application needs.
- Develop and submit proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Ensure accurate costing and alignment with internal pricing guidelines.
- Deliver order bookings aligned with the Annual Business Plan (ABP).
- Monitor performance against targets and take corrective actions where required.
- Contribute to business unit growth strategies by closing key accounts.
- Track sales activity and performance, updating the CRM system as necessary.
- Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports on lead status and closures.
- Analyze win/loss trends to improve engagement strategies.
Market Intelligence and Competition Tracking:
- Monitor industry developments and digital transformation trends.
- Track competitor offerings and benchmark features and pricing.
- Provide insights to product and marketing teams to refine the value proposition.
- Achieve sales targets through the formulation of a sales strategy from broad directives.
- Drive volume and distribution expansion for assigned territories.
- Ensure collection of receivables in accordance with credit policy.
- Set targets for primary networks, considering volume growth, outflow, and market potential.
- Build/strengthen relations with key customers across the territory.
- Optimize A&P budget allocation and ensure effective utilization.
- Implement centrally coordinated strategies, promotions, and campaigns effectively.
- Establish market intelligence for competition and business environment information.
- Adhere to all aspects of the company's Health and Safety Policy.
- Plan, budget, and control expenses using effective monitoring systems.
- Map and analyze secondary networks, taking suitable action to ensure stability and growth.
- Conduct demand generation activities.
