Job Title: Sales Growth Specialist

The core purpose of this role is to drive business expansion and market share gain in assigned territories through effective deployment and execution of channel strategies. This position will also foster customer engagement to establish a strong presence in the market, thereby increasing our share of mind and shelf space with key category influencers. Additionally, excellence in execution will be achieved by meeting distribution coverage plans and attaining perfect store targets through front-line team efforts.

Category Growth:
1. Drive category growth through targeted activations
2. Promote premiumization of portfolio through range selling

1. Develop and coach front-line team members
2. Recruit suitable talent and maintain no vacancies in the market

Process Adherence:
1. Adhere to sales operating procedures
2. Provide timely and accurate required MIS reports

Efficiency and Effectiveness:
1. Utilize trade spends and manpower budget efficiently
2. Maintain high standards of hygiene in the market
