As a Growth Specialist, you will undergo an intensive training bootcamp and transition into a product-focused growth role. Working closely with our leadership and product teams, you will play a key role in driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement across schools.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Participate actively in intensive growth training to understand product dynamics, user journeys, market and data fundamentals.
- Post training, take ownership of key product growth levers: user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention.
- Connect with School Principals and leadership teams to assess outcomes and recommend new growth strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing) to launch growth activities.
- Track performance across growth funnels, monitor key KPIs, and generate actionable insights from VP Sales.
- Be agile and hands-on open to quickly shifting tasks and adapting to a fast-paced startup environment.

Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Successful completion of training bootcamp and transition to onrolls.
- Contribution to new school/user on-boarding and engagement metrics.
- Quality of outcome reporting and insights generated from school interactions.
- Initiative in running growth experiments and analyzing impact.
- Ownership and accuracy of growth data tracking and reporting.

Your Key Skills Requirement:

- Strong communication skills clarity in interactions and confident in presenting ideas.
- Street-smart, adaptable, and self-driven with a hunger to learn and grow.
- Willingness to work on the ground, analyze data, and suggest growth tactics based on evidence.
- Basic comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and understanding of user data.
- Exposure to case studies, competitions, or growth projects is a plus
