As a Presales Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving pre-sales growth and ensuring successful lead conversions.

  1. Qualify leads through targeted outreach for residential and commercial real estate opportunities.
  2. Engage with prospective clients to explain project details and schedule site visits.
  3. Coordinate and conduct site tours for clients at the property.
  4. Maintain follow-ups with clients to ensure lead conversion and support sales closures.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve pre-sales targets.
  6. Update and maintain an accurate lead database (CRM) and client interaction records.
  7. Provide valuable market insights and customer feedback to the management team.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry in a customer-facing/pre-sales role.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, preferably in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Proficiency in lead generation, client engagement, and site visit coordination.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
