The role of Territory Business Manager involves driving sales growth within assigned territories through effective field work and strategic product promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize market share by generating maximum prescriptions.
- Promote Division products according to established strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockiest.
- Facilitate strategy development and serve as a brand ambassador.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: BSc (B Pharma).
- 0-2 years of experience preferred (fresher or prior/current experience in same therapy).
- Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success.
- Proficiency in communication is required.
Additional Criteria:
- Candidates from multinational companies and top Indian pharmaceutical firms will be given preference.
