Job Title:

Account Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Account Growth Strategist to lead our customer success efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving account growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customized growth plans for key accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization.
  • Lead POCs for upsells and participate in pilot results presentations, QBR's and ABR's with key accounts.
  • Measure and report on account performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success/project management role with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical experience in cybersecurity field with good analytical and project management skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving with ability to make independent decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
