Senior Account Strategist

About This Role:

We seek a seasoned Senior Account Strategist to spearhead key client relationships within the enterprise sector. As a trusted advisor, you will cultivate and maintain strong connections with clients, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients in the enterprise sector, serving as the primary point of contact to develop a deep understanding of their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling, working closely with clients to align their business objectives with our products and services.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting and selling our solutions to key clients, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, and acquiring new enterprise clients.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth, coordinating resources to address client needs and deliver on commitments.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to enhance our offerings and service delivery, leveraging customer feedback to inform product development and improve overall customer experience.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the enterprise sector, utilizing this knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and differentiate our solutions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of experience in enterprise software, Smart Manufacturing, or Industrial Automation solutions sales with a strong background in the automotive, pharma, FMCG, metal, or process industries.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or business development with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, think strategically, and solve complex problems.
  • Credentials: Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools, with flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
