
Sales Growth Strategist

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth and sales targets by developing strong relationships with channel partners in defined market geographies. Your primary responsibilities include appointing and managing these partnerships to optimize sales performance and expand distribution networks.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through strategic partner management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners across defined territories
- Expand town coverage and distribution outlets to increase market presence and penetration
- Regularly visit markets and distributors to strengthen execution capabilities and trade relationships
- 5-11 years of experience in Telco/FMCG industry
- Proven ability to motivate teams and build capability
- Effective conflict management and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and able to operate with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English and local market language, with the ability to interpret and construct performance reports
Graduate degree preferred, with an MBA considered advantageous for career advancement opportunities.
