About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Telecommunications Business Development Manager to join our team at Lepton Software. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in the telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH TELECOM OPERATORS, IT INFRA PROVIDERS, AND ISPs IN APAC & INDIA
  • Sell IT solutions, software, and services to Telcos and ISPs
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to stay ahead of the competition
  • Presentation of compelling value propositions to customers of all sizes
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business development or sales with a strong focus on the telecommunications industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of telecom technologies, services, and solutions
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
