Job Description

As a Senior Event Manager, you will be responsible for leading events and experiential campaigns from concept to delivery. You will work closely with clients to develop and maintain strong relationships, ensuring repeat business and growth.

On a day-to-day basis, you will lead projects and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality results on time. You will also be responsible for translating client briefs into compelling event concepts, experiential campaigns, and strategies that meet their objectives.

Requirements
  • Client Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and growth.
  • Project Management: Lead projects and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality results on time.
  • Event Strategy: Translate client briefs into compelling event concepts, experiential campaigns, and strategies that meet their objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and creative teams to develop decks, mood boards, and strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and pitches to new and existing clients, and report regularly to senior management on project progress.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain Gantt charts and relevant documents to ensure timely delivery, and work closely with teams to prepare budgets and manage client approvals.
