Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Events Coordinator to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, junior-level position challenging you to support and manage various events. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in event management and a strong passion for organizing memorable events.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in event planning, including coordination and execution of events (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact with diverse teams and individuals effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong vendor management skills ensuring all parties meet their contractual obligations (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, responding attentively to client needs.
  • Experience with social media marketing, particularly in promoting events and increasing audience engagement.
  • Strong onsite event support skills, troubleshooting any potential issues during events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, contributing positively to group tasks and dynamics.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute events, ensuring all aspects are planned and delivered effectively.
  • Work closely with vendors and contractors to secure necessary services for each event within the budget.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to ensure clarity around event details and expectations.
  • Manage event logistics, including registration, catering, transportation, and onsite management.
  • Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to enhance future events and address any shortfalls.
  • Ensure all events comply with necessary regulations and company standards.
  • Assist in the marketing and promotion of events through social media channels and other marketing efforts.
  • Provide onsite supervision during events, ensuring seamless execution and swift resolution of any issues.
