Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Events Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. As an Events Manager, you will plan and execute events that align with our strategic objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of events from inception to completion.

Qualifications and Skills

  • must demonstrate exceptional event planning skills to successfully organize and execute events of all sizes (Mandatory skill)
  • must possess strong budgeting skills to efficiently manage and allocate resources for various event activities (Mandatory skill)
  • must have excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members (Mandatory skill)
  • proven ability in vendor management to negotiate agreements, secure services, and build strong partnerships
  • proven experience in logistics coordination to ensure seamless event setup, execution, and post-event activities
  • demonstrated skills in customer relationship management to maintain and enhance client satisfaction and engagement
  • detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve common objectives and successful outcomes

Roles and Responsibilities

  • plan, organize, and manage various events to meet client requirements and company goals
  • develop event proposals, timelines, budgets, and logistical plans with comprehensive detail and accuracy
  • coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services, negotiate contracts, and manage deliverables
  • oversee event setup, operations, and breakdown to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently
  • communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance on event possibilities
  • manage event-related communications and marketing to maximize attendance and engagement
  • collect and analyze feedback post-event to assess success, identify improvements, and provide insights for future events
  • stay informed of industry trends to creatively design events that reflect current market standards and client preferences
