Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with a specialization in Events Management to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, mid-level position requires a professional with 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and event management, possessing the ability to drive client acquisition and deliver exceptional event planning services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in business development with a focus on event management, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated expertise in event planning, including logistics, marketing, and execution, to craft memorable experiences for clients. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong proficiency in client acquisition, adept at building and maintaining valuable relationships with key stakeholders. (Mandatory skill)
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities, contributing to company growth and success.
- Experience in vendor management, negotiating contracts, and ensuring quality service delivery from external partners.
- Solid budgeting skills to plan and manage events within financial constraints, maximizing value while minimizing costs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present ideas and articulate strategies to diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with the capacity to analyze market trends and client needs to enhance service offerings and remain competitive.
