Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to manage BNI chapter activities, coordinate events, and support member communication. This role involves ensuring smooth weekly meetings, assisting with membership processes, and helping organize BNI events and networking sessions.

Key Responsibilities Chapter & Meeting Coordination

  • Coordinate weekly BNI chapter meetings (session setup, agenda prep, timekeeping, attendance).
  • Ensure meeting materials are ready—presentations, reports, visitor lists, etc.
  • Support chapter leadership teams with planning and execution of chapter goals.

Events & Networking Activities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating BNI events such as trainings, workshops, socials, and networking sessions.
  • Manage event logistics—venue, registrations, communication, follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and chapter leaders.

Member Support & Communication

  • Maintain strong communication with chapter members for updates, reminders, and event notifications.
  • Assist in onboarding new members (forms, documentation, orientation support).
  • Track attendance, renewals, and membership data.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Maintain member records and chapter documentation.
  • Support with MIS reports, weekly performance updates, and chapter metrics.
  • Handle emails, WhatsApp groups, and announcements professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to BNI processes, policies, and quality standards.

  • Good proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (any stream) preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in events, admin, coordination, or customer-facing roles
  • Freshers with good communication and enthusiasm are welcome

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
