In this role, you will play a critical part in organizing engaging webinars, ensuring a seamless experience for participants, and converting attendees into clients or students through effective follow-ups and closing techniques. This is a part-time position ideal for someone passionate about education, technology, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Webinar Planning and Organization:

  2. Schedule and coordinate webinars, ensuring all details are perfectly aligned with 's standards.

  3. Manage webinar registration processes and maintain attendee databases.
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and speakers to prepare engaging content.

  5. Set up webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex) and ensure technical readiness.

  6. Marketing and Promotion:

  7. Promote webinars via email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels.

  8. Create and distribute professional-quality webinar invitations and reminders.

  9. Track and analyze metrics like registrations and engagement to optimize future webinars.

  10. Webinar Hosting and Support:

  11. Host or moderate live webinars, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for attendees.

  12. Manage interactive elements such as Q&A sessions and polls.

  13. Record and archive webinars for on-demand access and future use.

  14. Sales and Closing:

  15. Build relationships with webinar participants and address inquiries during and after the event.

  16. Follow up with leads via email, phone, or video calls to convert them into students or clients.

  17. Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals effectively.

  18. Administrative Tasks:

  19. Maintain accurate records of webinar activities, registrations, and sales progress.

  20. Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance webinar strategies and maximize conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in webinar organization, event planning, or a related role.
  • Strong sales and closing skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar, Webex).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in digital marketing or social media promotion.
  • Knowledge of sales funnels, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
  • Comfortable moderating webinars and public speaking.

Work Hours & Compensation:

  • Part-time position (1020 hours per week), with flexibility depending on webinar schedules.
