Role & responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (Digital, ATL & BTL) to drive student enrollments.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and website optimization.
  • Collaborate with academic and operations teams to organize seminars, webinars, and scholarship events.
  • Lead marketing activities across all campuses, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.
  • Drive new market expansion and support marketing for new campus launches.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student insights to refine strategy.
  • Mentor and lead the marketing team toward achieving institutional goals and KPIs.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Qualification: MBA in Marketing or Business Administration from a reputed institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in educational marketing, preferably in EdTech, K12, or Junior College segments.
  • Proven record of increasing admissions through data-driven campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, branding, and regional market behavior (especially Hyderabad).
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to deliver measurable results.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
