About the Role

About You

We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Banquet Coordinator. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of events, including meetings with clients, preparing event briefs, and working closely with sales and service teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the logistics of events, including meeting with clients, preparing event briefs, and communicating with vendors and suppliers;
  • Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of events;
  • Prepare and distribute necessary documentation, such as event briefs and schedules, to stakeholders;
  • Monitor and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders throughout the event planning process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel;
  • Basic knowledge of event planning principles and practices.
