Marketing Event Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Event Coordinator to plan and execute offline marketing campaigns and events across locations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with vendors and executing go-to-market strategies, driving impactful projects that align with business goals.

  • Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns and events across locations.
  • Manage end-to-end event marketing, from conceptualization to execution.
  • Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and support projects aligned with business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess:

  • Real experience in offline marketing, event marketing, or project execution.
  • Exposure to handling vendors and managing end-to-end event logistics.
  • Experience in GTM initiatives or field activations is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
