BigCity Promotions is a dynamic organization looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an early-stage startup environment. Industry expertise in Advertising, Media, or Internet would be an added advantage.
We are offering a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:- We are seeking a dedicated professional who can manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth process for all stakeholders.
- The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, resulting in high-quality hires.
- They will track applicant progress, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates' fitment for various roles within the company.
- Additionally, this role involves working on scheduled timelines and budgets, reviewing and checking recruitment processes regularly.
- Prior experience in job portals like Naukri and other similar platforms is necessary.
- Proficiency in using ATS software is essential for effective talent management.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent multitasking and coordination skills, as well as good organizational, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail are also crucial for success in this role.
As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of other HR processes across the organization, driving business growth through strategic talent acquisition.
