Aubree Chocolaterie, a renowned leader in crafting delightful cakes, desserts, chocolates, and savories since 2011, is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time position requires 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, focusing on enhancing our recruitment strategy through candidate assessment, talent pipelining, and presenting the Aubree brand as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, leveraging expertise in candidate assessment, talent pipelining, and sourcing techniques to discover passive candidates and niche talent.
- Interviews and Assessments: Conduct well-structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for various roles, utilizing strong negotiation skills to manage offers effectively and confidently.
- Hiring Process Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations, facilitate smooth onboarding processes to support new recruits, and ensure compliance with recruiting policies and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is the minimum requirement.
- Recruitment Expertise: Must possess recruitment expertise with the ability to identify and engage top talent effectively, including expertise in candidate assessment, talent pipelining, and interviewing.
- Sourcing Techniques: Adept in sourcing techniques to discover passive candidates and niche talent, with knowledge of employer branding to positively showcase the company to prospective talent.
Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (dependent on experience), based on industry standards and location. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth and development.
