Job Summary:
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced AI-driven company. As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Zigment, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment team, supporting the full recruitment cycle and contributing to employer branding efforts. You will assist in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, while also developing innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Support employer branding efforts to enhance Zigment's reputation as a top workplace.
- Conduct and coordinate candidate interviews and assessments.
- Develop and manage innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in full-life cycle recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
- Experience or knowledge in employer branding.
- Ability to develop and manage effective recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and regulations.
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Salary: ₹ 25,000 - ₹ 30,000 per month (dependent on experience)
