About the Role:

Talent500 is seeking a seasoned IT Senior Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from various business teams within the organization to understand their unique business functions and needs, executing the recruitment process with precision and creativity.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing, screening, and selecting ideal candidates through various platforms.
  • Work closely with business teams to comprehend their business functions and recruitment needs, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage, prioritize, and close talent searches within set timelines by utilizing your experience in setting benchmarks, metrics, and prioritizing tasks to meet targets.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and act as an ambassador for the organization, promoting its values and mission.
  • Participate in different recruitment-related activities, including internship, fresh graduate, and experienced hiring, contributing to the growth and development of the company's workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to final selection and onboarding.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify top talent, leveraging your expertise in evaluating candidate fit and potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and cooperation throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development.
  • 6+ years of relevant recruitment experience, open to both in-house and agency recruiters, ideally within the tech/internet industry.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using various job boards, social media platforms, and other innovative tools.
  • Ability to work independently, think creatively, and take accountability for your work, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and positive working attitude with a quick learning ability, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results-oriented outcomes.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, Talent500 offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
