Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager Role

We are seeking an accomplished and enthusiastic Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to drive strategic hiring initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leadership hiring, niche talent acquisition, and building strong pipelines aligned with evolving business needs. Given our focus on technology and manufacturing, we are looking for a professional who has an excellent understanding of business requirements and can translate them into effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment across functions with expertise in technology and manufacturing hiring.
  • Leadership & Niche Hiring: Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, and closing senior roles.
  • Business Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, succession planning, and future skill needs.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline for critical roles.
  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Leverage advanced sourcing methods, social platforms, and AI-driven recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate journey.
  • Interview & Screening Ownership: Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews.
  • Mentorship & Performance Management: Guide junior recruiters and drive adoption of recruitment best practices.
  • Data-Driven Hiring: Track recruitment metrics and integrate insights into decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Domain Exposure: Strong track record in technology and manufacturing domains.
  • Senior/Niche Hiring: Successful track record of closing senior level positions.
  • Business Understanding: Strong business acumen with ability to map talent strategy to organizational goals.
  • People Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement abilities.
