About Our Hiring Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Expert with experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions.

  • Oversee the entire hiring lifecycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring seamless talent acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
  • Create and implement effective sourcing strategies using a combination of online platforms, referrals, and candidate outreach programs.
  • Negotiate and optimize vendor partnerships to guarantee quality hires.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to inform hiring decisions and improve overall efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong employer brand presence through social media, career websites, and other channels.
  • Design and deploy psychometric assessments to ensure fair and unbiased selection processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment automation, AI-powered tools, and analytics software.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a Global Capability Center (GCC) / Shared Services setup.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful hiring at mid to senior levels, including engineering and support functions.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, recruitment analytics tools, and psychometric assessment software.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with campus hiring programs, early talent initiatives, and recruitment automation/AI-enabled tools.

Preferred Certifications

  • Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, or relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.
