With a strong background in leading customer support practices and ecommerce experience, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Manager, you will oversee a team of customer service representatives and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer queries.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in leading customer support teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in customer service software and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives in providing quality service to customers
  • Implement feedback tracking systems to identify areas of improvement and adjust team strategies accordingly
  • Develop innovative solutions to recurring customer issues and train team members on best practices
  • Coordinate shift schedules efficiently to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours without compromising service quality
  • Monitor and report on customer service metrics and feedback
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in leading customer support practice, ecommerce experience required
  • Strong understanding of customer service best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools
  • Leadership experience a plus
