Customer Service Operations Manager

This is a full-time opportunity to manage front desk operations efficiently, handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations, including receiving and directing visitors, responding to phone calls, and handling correspondence.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
