Customer Service Expert - Operational Excellence

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Expert to join our team at Genpact. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service while identifying areas for operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Moderation: Review and moderate platform content in accordance with established policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Error Identification and Resolution: Accurately identify and resolve errors made by L1 support staff, providing feedback and insights to improve performance.
  • Content Extraction: Extract high-quality content from URLs, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Domain Expertise: Demonstrate subject matter expertise and challenge incorrect information.
  • Time Management and Organization: Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet extraction targets and deadlines.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: Any graduate degree
  • Experience: Freshers only
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English

  • Curiosity and Analytical Skills: Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures.
