Customer Service Expert - Operational Excellence
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Expert to join our team at Genpact. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service while identifying areas for operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Platform Moderation: Review and moderate platform content in accordance with established policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Error Identification and Resolution: Accurately identify and resolve errors made by L1 support staff, providing feedback and insights to improve performance.
- Content Extraction: Extract high-quality content from URLs, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrate subject matter expertise and challenge incorrect information.
- Time Management and Organization: Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet extraction targets and deadlines.
- Education: Any graduate degree
- Experience: Freshers only
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English
- Curiosity and Analytical Skills: Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High-Volume Workload Management: Ability to manage routine work quickly and accurately.
