About the RoleWe're inviting applications for the position of Customer Service Manager - Operations Excellence. This role will play a crucial part in leading a team of 100+ employees and ~3-5+ Front Line Managers to optimize customer experience for Fin Tech products for Genpact Clients.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise service delivery and ensure excellence in service levels.
- Ensure deadlines and targets are met, promoting goodwill and a positive image of the Company.
- Provide leadership to assigned personnel through effective objective setting, delegation, motivation, and communication.
The ideal candidate should be a professional from the Customer Experience management leader with Fin-Tech industry background and have an understanding of Banking Services. They should also have strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach and demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent.
Requirements- Graduate (any stream)
- Customer Service experience in Supervisor/AM role
- Flexible to manage & work in Rotating shifts
- Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email/voice
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
