About Us
We are a 4-star hotel located near the new international airport, offering 292 rooms and suites. Our hotel features a restaurant, bar, outdoor swimming pool, and meeting rooms accommodating up to 400 guests.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing proficient and professional food and beverage service to our guests.
- Welcome guests by greeting them according to our standards.
- Bringing any matters affecting the interests of Novotel Hyderabad Airport to the attention of management.
People Management
You will respond to customer queries in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will attend to guest complaints, requests, or inquiries regarding food and services.
Operational Management
Your key tasks will include setting up operating equipment, inspecting linen and condiments before service, and being familiar with all dishes on the menu. You will also clear soiled chinaware, glassware, and silverware from the guest table and re-set the table for the next arrival.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Secondary/High school education or Hotel Management Degree.
- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.
- Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
Competencies
We are looking for someone with good communication and customer contact skills, a service-oriented mindset with attention to detail, ability to work effectively in a team, self-motivation, and energy.
Estimated Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
