About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our process associate team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via chat, email, and call, ensuring adherence to training standards, frameworks, and policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer support queries in a timely and professional manner.">
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues through troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.">
  • Create and optimize Ads accounts at scale using data analysis techniques like regression, classification, and anomaly detection.">
  • Manage tasks through ticketing systems and prioritize client requests to meet SLAs.">
  • Familiarize yourself with web concepts and development technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.">
