Sponsorship Development Manager

Our goal is to build a vibrant ecosystem through flagship events like Metamorphosis and the India Blockchain Tour.

We have stages that host leading global exchanges, protocols, policymakers, and innovators. We're scaling beyond Web3 by bringing in lifestyle, tech, fintech, F&B, and consumer brands that want to connect with India's most forward-thinking audience.

We need a Sponsorship Development Manager who can develop, pitch, and close sponsorships across diverse industries (think Red Bull, Starbucks, fintechs, consumer tech, etc.) to elevate our events.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sponsorship strategy for businesses operating in multiple sectors.
  • Identify and establish connections with key decision-makers in marketing and partnerships teams.
  • Create customized sponsorship packages aligned with brand objectives.
  • Negotiate deals and secure sponsorship contracts that maximize revenue and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are executed effectively.
  • Track and report sponsorship sales pipeline, targets, and ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify new categories of sponsors.
Requirements:
  • 2–6 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnerships (events, sports, entertainment, or media preferred).
  • A strong professional network within the FMCG, lifestyle, fintech, or tech sectors would be beneficial.
  • A proven track record of closing significant sponsorship deals.
  • Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, enabling you to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
