Policy and Partnership Specialist

This is a full-time role based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Policy and Partnership Specialist will be responsible for maintaining government partnerships, conducting policy research, developing policy recommendations, and analyzing policy impacts.

  • Meetings with policymakers and government partners
  • Data gathering and analysis
  • Writing reports and presenting findings to stakeholders

The Policy and Partnership Specialist will also communicate effectively with team members and external partners to support the organization's mission.

Requirements
  • Policy Development and Policy Research skills
  • Project management skill with proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Google Drive, Notation
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience in working with non-profit organizations or in a policy-focused role is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field is required.
