Job Title: Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Partnership Development Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The Partnership Development Specialist will be responsible for establishing new partnerships and nurturing existing ones, creating shared value by mutually leveraging each other's knowledge, skills, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bulk Awareness and Sensitization: To sensitize stakeholders about water, sanitation, and hygiene issues and motivate them to take action.
  • Funding Opportunities: To track and list funding opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential donors.
  • Lead Generation: To identify, evaluate, and track opportunities for lead generation like events, conferences, and seminars. Participate in such forums as and when required.
  • Corporate Fundraising: To raise funds from Indian corporates as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility commitment which is mandatory.
  • Proposal Development: To support in proposal development process by engaging with different stakeholders as and when required.
  • Report Submission: To coordinate with the program, finance, monitoring, and evaluation teams to ensure that high-quality reports are submitted as per agreed timelines.
  • Due-Diligence Process: To successfully conduct the due-diligence process necessary for the donor partnership.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in partnership development, fundraising, and project management.
