Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful results.
  • Negotiation & ROI Maximization: Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and timelines with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships and satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of the latest influencer marketing trends, tools, and social media shifts to design cutting-edge sales and partnership strategies.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and provide insightful post-campaign reports with actionable recommendations for future success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships.
  • Proven expertise in negotiation, communication, and presentations.
  • Established industry relationships with influencers and the ability to cultivate new connections.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and campaign management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
