Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Recruiter Partnerships Specialist to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with recruiters, identifying new opportunities for growth, and driving the placement process forward.
">About the Role">In this role, you will be responsible for:
">- Building New Relationships: Identify and develop new recruiter partnerships, as well as strengthen existing ones, to place our students in job opportunities.">
- Understanding Hiring Needs: Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their needs and challenges, and craft value-added propositions that meet their requirements.">
- Establishing Credibility: Develop strong relationships and credibility with C-levels/Heads of prospective companies to drive placements.">
- Staying Abreast with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices to identify opportunities for growth.">
- Co-Creation of Hiring Process: Collaborate with recruiters to create an effective hiring process that meets their needs and gives them the best chance of hiring from our pool of students.">
- Timeline Planning: Plan and manage timelines effectively, communicating regularly with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.">
- Placement Process Management: Oversee the operations of the placement process, intervening as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.">
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage recruitment processes and drive placements forward.">
You will be measured on the following key performance indicators:
">- Monthly Outcomes: Understand Kraftshala's training programs and student profiles in-depth, shadow ongoing recruiter conversations, and build a tracker for recruiter needs and hiring cycles.">
- Quarterly Objectives: Independently engage with recruiters (CXOs/HR Heads), own specific placement processes with operational support, and identify at least 5 new recruiter prospects and initiate outreach.">
- Year-End Goals: Consistently close recruiter partnerships, manage end-to-end placement processes, drive placements for a defined set of students/companies, and optimize processes to reduce friction and improve recruiter experience.">

- Bias for Action: Act decisively, move conversations forward, and remove bottlenecks without waiting for direction.">
- Conflict Management: Address conflicts directly, listen empathetically, and seek win-win resolutions with recruiters, students, and internal teams.">
- Ownership: Take full responsibility for placement outcomes end-to-end, stepping in wherever required to ensure success.">
- Problem-Solving: Use data and insights to diagnose root causes, validate solutions before scaling, and implement fixes effectively.">
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
">- Prior Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales or Placement Management.">
- Emotional Intelligence: High emotional quotient to actively engage with clients, understand, and solve their challenges.">
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with general usage of tools and technologies supporting process automation.">
