
Strategic Partnership Developer

This role involves building strategic relationships with recruiters to place students in suitable roles.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with recruiters, including identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing ones.
- Understanding the needs and challenges of clients to craft tailored value propositions and stay ahead of the recruitment ecosystem.
- Establishing credibility and trust with senior stakeholders, including C-levels and Heads of departments, to drive successful placements.
- Managing placement operations, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth communication.
Monthly Objectives:
- Month 1: Gain in-depth knowledge of our training programs and student profiles, shadow ongoing recruiter conversations, and develop a tracker for recruiter needs.
- Month 2: Engage independently with recruiters, own specific placement processes, and identify at least 5 new recruiter prospects.
- Month 3+: Consistently close recruiter partnerships, manage end-to-end placement processes, and drive placements for defined students/companies.

- Ability to Plan Well: Anticipating recruiter timelines, aligning resources, and creating structured plans to meet placement goals.
- Bias for Action: Acting decisively, moving conversations forward, and removing bottlenecks without waiting for direction.
- Conflict Management: Addressing conflicts directly, listening empathetically, and seeking win-win resolutions.
- Ownership: Taking full responsibility for placement outcomes, stepping in wherever required to ensure success.
- Problem-Solving: Using data and insights to diagnose root causes and validate solutions before scaling.
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of prior experience in B2B/B2C Sales or Placement Management
- Empathy and high Emotional Quotient to engage with clients and solve their challenges
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and comfort with general usage of tools and technologies that support process automation
