The Business Finance Team Lead will identify, develop, and manage key partnerships to drive growth in working capital finance solutions.

This role requires a mix of business development, partner management, and financial expertise to structure and deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential partners to enhance the working capital finance ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new partners.
  • Foster and grow relationships with existing partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and develop tailored working capital solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or financial services.
  • Proven track record in managing partnerships within the financial services or fintech industry.
